General Rules:

USE OF THE HALL, CHURCH PREMISES AND ITS FACILITIES IS SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING RULES
1. General Conditions:
a. The hall can be booked by any individuals or groups, irrespective of caste, creed or class for the purpose agreeable of the managing committee
b. All bookings should be done by an adult, who will also be the one point of contact for any kind of discussion from the hiring side
c. Booking confirmation is against 100% advance payment. Payment through cheques is subject to realization. All outstanding dues to be settled at the time of checkout.
d. A caution deposit of Rs.5000/- is to be paid at the time of booking,, which would be refunded after the event or it may be adjusted with electricity cost or with any deductions if any.
e. Cash /cheques to be paid to the booking manager and receipts duly collected.
f. Tobacco products and alcohol are not permitted on the premises.
g. Hall is equipped with high quality PA systems . Loud Speakers will not be allowed. However, the audio system within the limited volume will be permitted. No Audio will be used beyond 9.30pm.
h. The events of any type shall not go beyond 11 pm in the night.
i. The main door of the hall will be opened only during the event hours agreed during the booking. At all other times the side door shall be accessed only for hall arrangement purposes
j. Management is not responsible for any kind of valuable loss or theft
k. Parking is allowed at the designated space only. Maximum of 30 cars and 30 two wheelers can be accommodated. If the parking space is used of other purposes by the hirer, the management does not hold responsible of the parking
l. The management committee reserves the right to refuse or to cancel any booking, if any hirer shows careless, deliberate, or persistent disregard for the regulations
m. The hirer shall be financially responsible for any and all property damage resulting from the use of any of these facilities such as .
i. The hirer shall not damage the walls with adhesives, stickers or in any manner that leaves mark on the walls. Any damages must be paid for, over and above the rental fee
ii. No painting or disfiguring of hall and corridors

2. Electricity Cost, Generator and other equipments:
a. Electricity will be charged per unit at the rate of Rs. 12/-.
b. Generator charges are extra
c. In the event of loss of power supply, the hall is equipped with an invertor which will support basic lighting and fans

3. Scenery and Decorations and hall arrangements:
a. All scenery, decorations and associated electrical connections will be carried out only by the registered vendors of the hall at a fair price
b. The hirer holds the rights to select or customise the scenery and decorations according to the preference

4. Pantry, Dining and cleaning:
a. Cooking is not allowed inside the premises. Only ready to serve are allowed in the premises. The dining area should be at the designated place
b. The management is responsible for cleaning the hall before and after the event. The cleaning is included in the tariff. The cleaning charges included in the tariff do not include the cleaning of tables or clearing the food wastes during the event.
c. The hirer holds the responsibility of the cleaning the food wastes during the event
d. The management is responsible for arranging only the buffet counters maximum of two. If the hirer prefers seating arrangements for dining, the same can be arranged at extra cost.

5. Cancellation and Change of date
a. Once the hall has been booked and paid for, it cannot be cancelled. If the hirer wish to cancel the booking, the management will make the date/hall available to other parties.
b. If the management will get an alternate booking for the same date/hall, 75% of the payment will be refunded in other case the full amount of the booking will be forfeited
c. A change of date will be treated as a cancellation and the same rules will apply. A booking for a new date will have to be paid for in full at the time of booking.
